Trwa nagrywanie piosenek na płytę "With The Beatles".

Po południu kontynuowano sesję nagrywając i poprawiając:
* Money,
* Till There Was You,
* Roll Over Beethoven,
* It Won't Be Long oraz
* All My Loving.

"All My Loving" to wkład Paula w tą płytę. Podobnie jak piosenka otwierająca nie trafił na singla, ale za to stał się obowiązkowym punktem wszystkich koncertów aż do końca 1964 roku.

Piosenka stała się pewnego rodzaju puntem zwrotnym. Rozpoczyna okres, w którym, mimo kompozytorskiej dominacji Johna, zaczęto mówić: hej, popatrzcie na tego basistę, on też ma czasem niezłe pomysły.
