Yellow Matter Custard jest zespołem coverującym Beatlesów ale takim zespołem, dla którego nie istnieją bariery techniczne. W składzie są sami wirtuozi perkusji i gitary:
* Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater, Transatlantic, OSI, Liquid Tension Experiment, Liquid Trio Experiment, Avenged Sevenfold, Adrenaline Mob),
* Neal Morse - wokal - (Transatlantic, Spock's Beard),
* Paul Gilbert - gitara - (Racer X, Mr. Big, G3 wraz z Joem Satrianim oraz Johnem Petruccim), 37 miejsce na liście 100 najlepszych gitarzystów heavymetalowych wszech czasów według magazynu Guitar World,
* Matt Bissonette - bas - (Mustard Seeds, Jughead, David Lee Roth, The Squirts, Joe Satriani, Electric Light Orchestra),
* Kasim Sulton (Utopia and various Todd Rundgren bands).
