29 grudnia 1979 roku grupa Wings zagrała "Concert for the People of Kampuchea" Hammersmith Odeon, w Londynie. Inicjatorem wydarzenia był Paul McCartney i Kurt Waldheim. Koncerty w ramach projektu "Concert for the People of Kampuchea" trwały przez cztery dni, od 26 do 29 grudnia.

Swój występ podczas wieczoru mieli także tacy artyści jak: Elvis Costello & The Attractions, Rockpile (z gościem - Robertem Plantem w "Little Sister")oraz Rockestra. Dochód ze sprzedaży biletów został przekazany na wsparcie mieszkańców ogarniętej wojną Kambodży.
